VVIP Shadi takes reports seriously. The fastest path is the in-app Report flow on a member profile or chat — that creates a moderation ticket and can block the member from contacting you.

If you are signed in

1. Open the profile from Search or Chat.
2. Use Report on the profile or in the chat safety menu (⋮).
3. You will see status Received, then In review. We do not promise a response time.

Direct report URL pattern (signed in): /dashboard/report/[their-uid]

If you are not signed in

• Sign in first, then report from the profile.
• Read our Safety tips while you wait.
• For account or policy issues (not a specific profile), use Grievance or Contact.

We do not notify the reported person that you reported them. Blocking does not send “X blocked you.”
