1. Delete Your Account In-App

• Open vvipshadi and sign in to your account.
• Go to Dashboard → Settings.
• Select "Delete Account".
• Confirm the deletion request. Your profile is removed from search and matching immediately.

2. Delete by Email Request

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address at privacy@sanvikaproduction.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Include your registered phone number (with country code) so we can verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your profile, photos, bio and partner preferences
• Your matches, interests, shortlists and chat messages
• Your account and login association with Sanvika Accounts (SA SSO)

4. What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after account deletion only where the law requires it or to protect our users:

• Transaction and invoice records required for tax, accounting and legal compliance (retained for the period required by law).
• Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse or to resolve disputes.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.

5. Deletion Timeline

Your profile is hidden from other users immediately. Personal data is permanently deleted from active systems within 30 days and purged from backups within 90 days, except for the limited records described above.
