📄 Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

• Open vvipshadi and sign in to your account.
• Go to Dashboard → Settings.
• Select "Delete Account".
• Confirm the deletion request. Your profile is removed from search and matching immediately.

2. Eligibility

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address at privacy@sanvikaproduction.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Include your registered phone number (with country code) so we can verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

3. Profile Guidelines

• Fake information, false photos or misleading details
• Collecting data from other users or scraping
• Commercial advertising or spam messages
• Obscene, offensive or illegal content
• Using another person's identity (impersonation)

4. Free Posting & Premium Plans

Some data may be retained after account deletion only where the law requires it or to protect our users:

• Transaction and invoice records required for tax, accounting and legal compliance (retained for the period required by law).
• Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse or to resolve disputes.
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you.

5. Intellectual Property

The vvipshadi brand, logo and platform code are owned by Sanvika Production. Your uploaded content (photos, bio) remains yours — you only grant us permission to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

vvipshadi is a platform — we do not guarantee matches. We are not responsible for any incident occurring during offline meetings. Users are responsible for their own safety. privacy@sanvikaproduction.com.
