1. Platform Purpose

When you use vvipshadi, we may collect the following information:

• Account Information: Name, email, phone number (with country code), date of birth, gender
• Profile Data: Religion, community, education, profession, income, location, photos
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, device type, IP address
• Communication: Messages exchanged on the platform (encrypted)
• Payment Data: Subscription details (we do not store card numbers — handled by the payment gateway)

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must not be legally married (unless divorced/widowed status is registered)
• You must be legally competent to enter into a marriage under applicable law
• One person may hold only one account

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Profile Guidelines

Your profile must be accurate and honest. Prohibited content:

• Fake information, false photos or misleading details
• Collecting data from other users or scraping
• Commercial advertising or spam messages
• Obscene, offensive or illegal content
• Using another person's identity (impersonation)

4. Free Posting & Premium Plans

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Authentication is via Sanvika Accounts (SA SSO) which uses bank-grade security. Our servers undergo regular security audits.

5. Intellectual Property

• Access: Right to view your data
• Correction: Right to correct wrong information
• Deletion: Right to delete account and data (Right to be Forgotten)
• Portability: Right to export your data
• Consent Withdraw: Opt-out of data processing at any time

6. Limitation of Liability

vvipshadi is a platform — we do not guarantee matches. We are not responsible for any incident occurring during offline meetings. Users are responsible for their own safety.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate any account without prior notice if terms are violated. You may also delete your account at any time. legal@sanvikaproduction.com
