All payments on VVIPShadi are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

VVIPShadi is free to use for creating a profile, browsing and basic matching. Premium subscriptions (Gold, Platinum) and wallet top-ups are optional paid features. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
Because premium features (unlimited interests, contact unlocks, priority visibility, Riya AI) are delivered instantly upon successful payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the plan has been activated. Please review your chosen plan before purchasing.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or from the store where you subscribed (Google Play or the payment gateway). Cancellation stops future renewals; your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
If your payment fails but money is deducted, the amount is generally reversed automatically within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider. If you do not receive the reversal, contact support with your transaction reference.
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the refund system may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account, and may be reported to the payment provider where appropriate.
Wallet credits, virtual gifts, and boost credits (where offered) are:
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be cancelled and refunded according to Google's policies. Sanvika Production cannot directly refund purchases processed by Google. Please raise store-purchase refunds through your Google Play account.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. Sanvika Production cannot directly refund purchases processed by Apple. (iOS app support is planned; this section is included for future compliance.)
